He was born August 1, 1925 in Wagoner, Oklahoma to Alonzo and Vida Hawkins.Alonzo is preceded in death by his parents; wife: Billie; daughter: Billie Louise; sister: Vallene Smith and brother: Lowell Hawkins.He is survived by his children Larry (Etta) Hawkins, Jimmie (Ruth) Hawkins, Robert Hawkins, Mike Hawkins; grandchildren: Lisa Hawkins, Joshua Hawkins, Richard Hawkins, James Hawkins, Carmen Thornton, Timmy Hawkins, Thad Elliott; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and brother: Joe Hawkins.
