Obituary

Andre Alfredo Norton was born on May 9, 1959, to Patrick and Elizabeth Norton. He was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and attended Tulsa Public Schools, later graduating from McLain High School.

Andre was a hardworking man who took pride in owning and operating his own landscaping business. Through his work, he built not only a livelihood but lasting connections within his community.

He was the proud father of his daughter, Andrea. Andre cherished time spent with family and friends, often found sitting on his porch sharing stories, laughter, and conversation. He enjoyed watching football, grilling, and listening to music—simple pleasures that brought him great joy.

Known for his stubborn and ornery ways, those who knew Andre understood that it all stemmed from his playful, jokester nature. His humor and spirited personality left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

On April 6, 2026, Andre passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Norton, and father, Patrick Lee Norton.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Andrea, siblings: Eva, Carlos, Toshia, and Patrick; grandchildren: Adryan, Vanessa, Brooke, and Legend; nieces and nephews: Keira, Andre, Tiffany, and Michael; along with a host of extended family and friends.

Andre will be remembered for his love of family, his strong work ethic, and the laughter he brought into the lives of others.
