Angela “Angie” Kay Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on November 13, 2021. Angie was born on November 4, 1965 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ronald and Donna Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 22, 2:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.

It was always a joy and a challenge when she came in for a Dr apt to see Dr Harmon. I knew right away if she was sick. I also knew that a lot of her visits were social visits too! We will all miss seeing her in our office.

We are so heartbroken to hear of Angie’s passing. She cared for our dogs for many years. She had such a huge heart for people and animals alike. I will miss her bright smile and sweet spirit very much.
