Obituary

Anthony “Tony” Houston McAnelly, 43 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away November 16, 2015. Mr. McAnelly was born March 26, 1972 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Brenda Shaw (McAnelly). Anthony loved being outdoors bbq-ing, fishing, hunting, farming and gardening. He liked playing pool, going to the casino and singing in the shower. His new found talent was interior design. He also enjoyed all kinds of music and sports. O.U. and the Dallas Cowboys were his two favorite teams. Tony loved his children and family, often saying they were his greatest accomplishment in his life. Tony is preceded in death by his great grandparents R.V. and Thelma Goff, Jess Monroe and Myrtle McAnelly, grandfather Houston McAnelly, aunts and uncles Earlene and Donnie Hunter, Eugene McAnelly, Edith Curry, Arthur McAnelly, uncle Gus and Ruby and Lynn McAnelly and brother Larry Blake. Survivors include his children Terrick Hulvey, Dylan Henderson and Lacie Henderson, god sons Cody and Dakota Degraw, mother Brenda Shaw, sister Joanne and  her husband James Lee and sister Brandi Cooks. Best friend and brother Terry Degraw and wife Christy. Beloved cousin and brother Darrell McAnelly and wife Nikki. Nieces and nephews Isiah Lee, Taylor and, Dakota Nani and Dorian Gunnells. Grandmother Louise McAnelly, aunt Linda Marlene Knight, aunt and uncle Glenda and John Green, aunt and uncle Lisa and Richard McAnelly along with many loved cousins and friends. Anthony will be truly missed and the family thanks everyone for all the prayers and donations.
