Obituary
Mrs. Bernice Mae Heady, 97, passed into eternity on Monday April 7, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. Heady was born December 17, 1916 to William and Daisy (Resenbeck) Wyatt in Huntingburg, Indiana. Mrs. Heady was a dedicated second grade teacher for many years. She resided in Morganville, Kentucky for most of her life and she loved music and religious activities. She was a devoted fan of the Miami Heat and never missed watching one of their games on TV. Bernice was also a great cook of Southern dishes. She was a funny woman with a great sense of humor. Her granddaughter remembers her fondly and with a smile as “a Hoot and a Mess”. Bernice was very much loved and will be greatly missed. Mrs. Heady is preceded in death by: her parents and her husband: Curtis E. Heady. and survived by one daughter: Karen and husband Tom of Stuart, Florida; two Grandchildren: Jen McMillan and Amy McMillan, both of Tulsa and two Great-grandchildren: Devin Isham and Maya Isham, both of Tulsa, OK.
