PALMER, Billy Ray, 79, of Tulsa, OK passed from this life on September 8, 2010. He was born January 28, 1931 in Muskogee, OK to Raymond and Theda (Perry) Palmer. He was a retired aircraft mechanic supervisor with American Airlines. He had served in the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by children: Maynard Palmer; David Palmer; Gary Palmer; Robbie Palmer; Belinda David (Richard); grandchildren: Missy Ellison (Marty); Sarah Ashby (Jesse); Brian Palmer; Stewart Palmer; Jacob Palmer; Blake Palmer; Jacob Palmer; great-grandchildren: Cassaidy Davis; Cheyenne Ellison; Taylor Ellison; Caroline Elizabeth Ashby; Brayton Palmer; brothers: Perry Palmer (Polly); Joe Don Palmer (Peggy); and special niece, Cherie, and son, Noah. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 13, 2010, at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. Arrangements provided by Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home (587-7000).
