  1. My thoughts and prayers go to all of Aunt Blanche's family and friends. My Mother (LaVada Brooks – Ira's sister) told me a couple of stories just last night of times long, long ago. It made me realize that Blanche was a very caring, kind person all along. More recently, I remember each time our family had someone in the hospital, we could count on Blanche and Ira to be early on the scene to sit those long hours with us, and always with such a sweet comfort.
