Obituary

C. W. Lewis, age 78, passed away May 8th, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Lewis was born April 2nd, 1937 in Louise, Mississippi to John and Lela (Gibson) Lewis. C. W. moved to Tulsa in the late 1960’s, where he met and married Velma Frazier. To this union Velma had a daughter, Angela Frazier, C. W. raised as his own. Mr. Lewis labored as a steel worker for 30 plus years for his family, before retiring in 1995. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, four brothers, four sisters and son Herman Bullock. C. W. leaves behind to cherish his memory daughters: Angelisa Bullock and Angela Jones; son: Sidney Bullock; sisters: Tommie Kendrick and Lucille Doyle; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
