Obituary
Carl Gene Dickens, a Retired City of Tulsa Water Works employee, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Carl was born February 15, 1942, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Raymond Hollis and Jeannette (Hendrix) Dickens. He was 71 years old. Carl is survived by his wife Shirley (Waldroop) Dickens; his daughter Anita “Lori” Dickens; brothers David Dickens & Gary Dickens; and step-children Henry Nichols, Allen Nichols, Claude Nichols, Jack Holt, Radonna Wood, Deborah Holt, & Michael Holt.
