Cecil George Hicks, Jr., 57, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on May 27, 2021. Mr. Hicks was born on September 8, 1963 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

Visitation for Mr. Hicks will be held on Thursday, June 3, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 4, 2:00 p.m., at Friendship Church, 1709 N. Madison Ave., Tulsa, OK.
