Obituary

Charles Edward Wilson, Sr. was born on February 6, 1947, in Altus, Oklahoma. Charles passed away at the age of 77. He was predeceased by his father Johnnie Joseph Wilson and his mother Millie Mae Eblery Wilson along with his baby brother Richard Lee Wilson, his daughter Cynthia Sue Wilson, his son Kevin Dean Wilson and his grandchild Atreyus Nashoba Lee Wilson. He is survived by his daughter Laura Belynn Maxey, his son Charles Edward Wilson, Jr., his daughter Tabatha Mechell Wilson, his son Johnnie Lancelot Wilson, Amy Dawn Wilson, Averia Belynn Wilson, his big brother Claudie Ray Wilson, his big sister Janie Mae Fletcher, and his little sister Normie Kay Reed. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Charles lived alone in Ralston, Oklahoma. He married Lyndia Ramer in 1965, they divorced in October of 1981, and later reunited in 2004 and were together until her passing in January of 2006. Together, they had 6 children.

Charles was an A-1 welder at Southwestern Porcelain in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He later sold fresh fruit all over the states. He then worked at a chicken factory in Ponca City, until he retired. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved to gamble at the casino. Most of all, he loved his whole family dearly.
