Charles Wayne Humphrey “Nubbin”, passed away at age 56 in Beggs, Oklahoma on February 4, 2015. Nubbin was born May 1, 1958 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Emmitt L Humphrey, Sr. and Charlsie Lillian Lyle. Nubbin is survived by his daughter Charlise Elizabeth Humphrey; siblings: Jerri Langston, Joanne Tumleson, Sergeant Major Emmitt L. Humphrey, Jr., Juanita Faulconer, Pam Martin and Kimberly Lanning along with several nieces, nephews. Nubbin is preceded in death by his parents Emmitt and Charlise Humphrey, Rusty Humphrey.
