Diane Lynn Kinnaman was born July 28th, 1946 to Clarence & Shirley Bennett in Santa Anna, California. With her father in the service, she spent her childhood and teenage years travelling, having lived in almost every state in the country, even as far as Italy and Germany. She eventually landed in Washington state where she was finally able to settle.
Diane married the love of her life, Dennis Kinnaman, on July 13th, 1972 and in 1977 was blessed with a daughter. She attended church in Auburn, Washington, and later joined South Tacoma Baptist Church in Tacoma, Washington, where she served faithfully for many years as a leader at A.W.A.N.A. She loved children and volunteered as a crossing guard for Whitman Elementary and served wherever needed. She worked in the office as assistant secretary, which inspired her to attend community college and receive her associate degree in business.
In 2017, she and her husband relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she joined her daughter in ministry at Community Family Worship Center. There, she became a deaconess in the church, and has been recognized nationally for her faithfulness and service to the Kingdom of God.
Cherishing her memories are her brothers Ronald and Jeff Bennett, her sister Lanya Matkins (husband Larry Matkins), her husband Dennis Kinnaman, her daughter Sandra Mason (husband David Mason), and her grandson Emmanuel Mason.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Cathy Stulken.
Visitation for Mrs. Kinnaman will be held on Wednesday, December 27, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will take place on Thursday, December 28, 2:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
