Obituary

Dorothy Mae Mills was born September 23, 1926 in Big Heart, Oklahoma which is now known as Barnsdall. She was born to Earl Swift and Layla (Collins) Swift. Dorothy was a devoted wife and mother who had a wonderful disposition. She was simply a joy to be around with her positive attitude. She loved her church family and they simply adored her. She is survived by her husband since 1969, Bill Mills; her daughter, Beverly Stout & husband Cecil; 5 grandchildren, Ladiena & husband Jeff, Russell, Brian, Richard & wife Shelly, Roger Jr. and wife Christy; 8 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. She is also survived by a very special daughter-in-law, Lavonne Coffman. She was preceded in death by; her parents, 2 children, David Coffman, Roger Coffman; 5 brothers one sister. She will be deeply missed. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, February 3, 2014 at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel. Viewing will be held on Sunday 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

  1. Sis. Dorothy was a treasure to many. You could tell by the way that she talked that she loved her family and friends. She always had a smile on her face and always had a kind word to say to you when you spoke to her. She was a dedicated Christian lady who I admired and loved. She will be missed.
