Obituary

Elsie Faye Coffey was born August 1, 1951 in Westville, Oklahoma and died January 12, 2009 in Skiatook, Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her father, John Michael Waters, mother, Julie Bell Bumbalow, and husband Claude Houston Coffey. She is survived by her daughters Marlene Fuller and Claudia Seawright, son Randall Coffey, brother Floyd Waters, sister Julia Mae Waters Edwards, 13 Grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
