Obituary
Jack Kenneth West was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 9, 1967 to Mattie Lee West and Jack Kenneth Smith. He continued to live in Tulsa where he attended Hissom Memorial Center.
Jack later worked at the Educational Service Center until he was unable to do so. Jack was called home to glory where he will join both parents, grandparents, older brother Kirk D. West, and an aunt.
He leaves behind two sisters: Christine Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sarah Fowler (James) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, two brothers: Alfonso West of Texas, Martin West (Sonya) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

I worked with Jack through Gatesway, off and on, from 1992 until 2012 when I retired. I grew to love him as my own son. He and Willie are surely in Heaven together, and still enjoying each other's company, laughing and smiling through it all.
