Jack Roy Darby Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on July 27th 2025, at the age of 75. He was born to Jack Darby Sr. and Stephanie Partridge Darby, and was the middle child, with 2 sisters- Louise and Debbie. Jack was a well dressed and popular young man at Will Rogers High School and he got married to his longtime classmate, Rae Jeanne Browning after graduation. The two then drove across

the desert in a black car in the summer, with the heat stuck on to Los Angeles, California. They moved into an apartment with a rainforest courtyard and 2 guinea pigs. After having Windi they moved back to Oklahoma and soon Eli Jason was born. Jack studied to become a master carpenter. He left his mark on many beautiful homes and businesses, including the clocks on Whittier Corner – He built
toys for his children, Windi and Eli, including a custom wagon with Eli carved into the back. Jack loved math and became a Journeyman Electrician in his fifties because he liked code. Jack Roy Darby Jr. is survived by his wife, Rae Jeanne Darby, children Windi and Eli, grand-daughters Amanda,Willow, Autumn, Violet and his grandson Skyler, his great granddaughters Winter, Alexis, Nova and Raelea. Jack was funny and had many friends who helped him maintain his zest for life.
