Her Journey Began . . .
JaKeva was born on July 14, 1987, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Treva Miller and Paul Sweet. It was an extra ordinary day because of the birth of a precious gift from God.
JaKeva began her education in Tulsa Public Schools, Alcott Elementary, Gilcrease Junior High School, Raymond S. McLain High School and Central High School graduating with honors with the Class of 2005. She was involved in several activities such as dance, cheer, basketball, national honors society and other school organizations. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma earning a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in 2017. JaKeva then started studying for her nursing degree. She excelled academically and was on the Honor Roll throughout her entire education.
JaKeva accepted Christ at an early age becoming a member of Revelations Revealed Truth Evangelistic Center (RRTEC). She later became affiliated with From The Heart Church where she served as a youth leader.
In 2014, JaKeva gave birth to her daughter, Kylie Monae Tiger “Kylie Bug.” This was her greatest accomplishment. She was very involved and active in Kylie’s life. JaKeva made sure that Kylie had everything she needed and wanted. She leaves us all with a beautiful legacy.
JaKeva was always know as a diva, a hair therapist, a business woman, a sister, friend and so much more. She was very independent and would volunteer in the community giving back to others.
JaKeva was employed at St. John Medical Center displaying her nursing skills. She was fulfilling her God given calling of service. JaKeva cherished her job and helping others. She was very loyal and organized. She had many faithful friends and co-workers that she grew with from year to year. Her last desire was to open a senior care home for the elderly.
On April 25, 2025 Jakeva closed her eyes on this side and opened them in Glory. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Troy Morgan, Jr. and brother, Jared Paul.
