Obituary
Julia Roxanne Jahangir, a Medical Billing Coordinator at St. John Medical Center, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Julia was born December 1, 1974, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, to Albert Wayne and Vicky Carlene (Hundley) York. She was 38 years old. Julia graduated from Glenpool High School. She was choir director and a youth leader at New Journey Church (formerly June Rose Assembly of God). Julia loved people and took delight in being social, especially when it came to her extended family. She loved the holidays and enjoyed spending time with them on those occasions. She adored her grandparents and, as a kid, was so excited when she finally grew taller than her Grandma. Julia loved children. She enjoyed so much spending time with her Aunt Susan and Uncle Dwayne, helping with their children. But she was so gratified to have her own children and could not have loved them more. She took wonderful care of her family. Julia is survived by her husband of 13 years, Chris Sohail Jahangir; her 3 children: Sarah, Sophia, and Shawn; her parents: Albert and Vicky York; 1 sister: Natalie Nunez and her husband Benjamin; grandfather: Albert York; and aunts and uncles: Susan & Dwayne, Peggy & David, Philip & Loretta, and Eddie. Condolences may be sent through the guest book on this page.

Dear family of Julia, My condolences on your loss of Julia. I wish to share comfort from the Bible at this sad time. The Bible teaches that one day in the near future our Creator, Jehovah God, by means of the ransom sacrifice of his son, Jesus, will reunite us with our dead loved ones by means of a resurrection right here on earth in paradise conditions that will be filled with peace, happiness, and perfect health for everyone. (John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:9-11,29; Isaiah 33:24) As you read the above texts from your Bible, may the wonderful hope they give us, along with loving memories bring you a measure of comfort during this most difficult time. There is much Bible-based comfort in 100 languages to be found on the website http://www.jw.org sincerely dianne mullins
