WEST, Kirk Douglas,59, died on December 11, 2009, in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on July 22, 1950, in Tulsa, OK to Alfonzo and Mattie Lee (Green) West. He was a technician in the heating and air conditioning business. He is survived by his parents; daughter: Sasha West of Tulsa; brothers: Alfonzo West of Ft. Worth, TX; Martin West of Tulsa; and Jack Kenneth West of Tulsa; sisters: Christine Smith of Tulsa; and Sarah West of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and very close friends. Viewing will be at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 E. Third St., Tulsa, OK, on Thursday, December 17, from 1:00-8:00 p.m. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 18, at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel, Tulsa, with Reverend Lorene Green officiating.
