Obituary

Larry Dean Lee passed away Monday, April 30th in Tulsa with his wife, family and friends by his side.Mr. Lee was born in Comanche County on August 2, 1937 to William (Bill) and Reva Fawley Lee.  He grew up in the Indiahoma community west of Lawton, the family moving there when he was a baby. Larry joined the Air Force at the age of seventeen and served for 14 years.  On February 16, 1986 Larry married Linda Sue Huddleson. He was employed at Inverness Village for 14 years with security. He enjoyed greeting the residents and employees each morning.Larry is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, one daughter Kelly Benavides, five grandchildren; Brandon and Bradley Garrod,  Ritchie Benavides, Marc Burton and Amber Ellis; two brothers; Bill and wife Doy, Lewisville, Tx; J.D and wife Maria,  McAllen, Tx; three sisters; Joyce Jones, Lawton; Janice and husband Jack Dodd, Cache, Ok; June and husband Jim Holbrook, Weatherford, Ok; Numerous nieces and nephews; Stepson David Huddleson, Stepdaughter Donna Smith, eleven Step Grandchildren, and eleven Step Great Grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter: Tresa Ellis, one brother and sister-in-law; Rex Lee and wife Jean, one brother-in-law; Olvis Jones, two nephews; Jeffrey Lee and Gary Lee and one Step Grandson; Austin Smith.Services for Larry will be held on Friday May 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Gospel Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
