Obituary

Margaret Ann Sallee, a 78-year-old avid church goer of Catoosa, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011. She received a plaque more than 20 years ago for never missing a Sunday school. Even after that, she never missed until her health started to fail. She also enjoyed reading and working crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Margaret never married and never had any children, but she is survived by many relatives and her loving church family. Her relatives include six brothers and sisters: Betty June Conatzer (Richard) of Owasso, Loyd Sallee of Mesa, Arizona, Dorothy Martin of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Walter Leon Sallee (Betty) of Verdegris, Charles Lowell Sallee of Owasso, and Glenna Fay Lawson (Charles) of Garland, Texas; 18 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her parents, her sister Wanda Jo Sallee, two sisters-in-law, Corenia Sallee and Irene Sallee, and a brother-in-law, Don Martin. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Sunday, February 13, 2011 and from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Monday, February 14, 2011 at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home located at 2103 E. 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at the Trinity Holiness Assembly of God located at 13215 E. 66th Street, North Owasso, Oklahoma 74055.
