Obituary

Mary Leona Calvert, 82, passed away October 30, 2012 in Glenpool, Oklahoma. She was born in Allen, Oklahoma on August 31, 1930 to Jesse and Willie (Brewer) Hays. Mary is survived by her daughters: Dayla Owen and Susie O’Neal with her husband, Mike; grandchildren: Cherlyn “Cher” and Jason Reeves, John “John Boy” Griffith, Jr., Danniel “Danni” and Shaun Archie and Taylor O’Neal. Great grandchildren: Christopher and Asley Grayson, John “Little Man” Griffith, III, Jack, Shaun and Nathaniel Archie; one great grandchild: Kaedon Grayson; sister in law: Eva Lawrence; nieces and nephews: Paula Calvert, David and Linda Lawrence, David and Darlene and their families; as well as a very special man, Alfred Staton. A host of other cousins, extended family and friends also survive Mary Mary is preceded by her husband on 62 years Dale Calvert as well as her brother: Roy Lawrence. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Thursday at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10:00am, Friday, November 2, 2012 at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tulsa.
