Obituary

On June 26, 1959, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Michael Warren Cooper was born unto his parents Floyd and Ramona Cooper. He has three siblings; brother: Floyd Cooper, Jr.; sisters: Robin Cooper and Kathy Cooper. At an early age Michael accepted Christ at North Peoria Church of Christ. As a man who cared for others, he imparted wisdom and gave hope through the way he touched others. He attended McLain Senior High School. His work ethic was impeccable, mastering any wheeled equipment made. He worked on large and small engines, fixing anything you asked him to repair. Michael worked for Aircraft Specialist for many years. He knew how to use all the equipment for his work. Greg, his boss knew great potential when he hired Mike. Michael is preceded in death by his parents: Floyd and Ramona and nephew Claude Cooper. He leaves behind to cherish his memory. His brother: Floyd Cooper (Velma); sisters: Robin Cooper-Shelton and Kathy Cooper; nephews and niece: Terrance (Glenda), Mickie (Monica), Erica, Dayton, Roland and Kai along with a host of other relatives and dear friends. Visitation for Mike will be held Friday, January 23, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 East Third Street
