Obituary

On March 6, 1932, Millie Odene Wedlaw made her debut when she was born to Marie and Mike Wedlaw in Perry, Oklahoma. Millie was a graduate of Lamston High School.

Millie was called to Heaven on May 29, 2021.

Millie accepted Christ at an early age. She was a dedicated member of Mount Olive Baptist Church where she would at times, serve in the kitchen. She loved the Lord and was dutiful in her service. Millie was a devoted mother of five children and believed in raising her children to believe in God.Millie was preceded in death by her parents, Marie and Mike Wedlaw, daughter, Theresa Hall, and sister-in-law, Arthurene Weldlaw.

Millie leaves to cherish her memory, four children: Diana Watkins of Tulsa, OK, Anna Powell of Sapulpa, OK,Christine Tonge of New Jersey, and David Hall of Tulsa, OK; granddaughters: Chandella (Ben) Lefebvre of Austin, TX, Crystal (Asyadi) Dickerson of Sayreville, NJ, TameriaTownsell, Keiona Townsell, and Audrieca

  2. To the family, we would like to express our sympathy and prayers to you. Sis Duhart was a precious and sweet lady. The first time I meet her , she made me feel so welcome to be in her presence.
