Obituary

Nancy Carol Czeschin, age 68, passed away April 27, 2014 at her home in Tulsa. Nancy was born May 19, 1945 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Johnnie and Edith Marie Carlile. Nancy met and married Charles Courington and together they raised two sons, Michael and Robert. After her children were grown, she worked many years with Walmart and also with Tulsa Public Schools in the cafeteria where she made many friends. Nancy met Calvin F. Czeschin later in life and they enjoyed many years of marriage that they determined would be for “taking care of each other”, and they did. Calvin took such good care of Nancy and she was truly the love of his life. He simply adored her. Nancy was known for her love of garage sales, most especially, her love of pig collecting. If it had a pig on it, Nancy wanted it and Calvin would do whatever he could to get it for her, even if it meant driving more than 100 miles to get it. Calvin loved Nancy so much he even looked into getting her the Pot Belly Pig she had dreamed of but soon found out that the city of Kellyville would not allow it. Her love of pigs was heightened with her son Michael moved to Arkansas where she could now collect Razorbacks! Nancy is survived by her loving husband, Calvin; 2 sons, Michael Kane Courington and Robert Wayne Courington; 3 grandchildren; 1 brother, Frankie Carlile and 1 sister, Wanda King. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, May 3rd, 2014 at the Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel.

  4. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14- But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve, as do the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus. Praying for you and family
