Obituary

Norma Jean Hawkins was born to Norman and Nellie Hawkins on April 24, 1960.
Norma, who was known by her middle name, Jean, graduated from Liberty Mounds High School in 1978 and attended Tulsa Community College, where she got her
degree in Liberal Arts.

Jean was a very blessed lady that loved the Lord, Jesus Christ with everything she had, thus God blessed her with 4 beautiful children, James, Christopher, Stephen, and Brianna. As 3 remain on this earth the oldest is getting the time he deserves with his
mama. Jean was a hardworking, single parent and always worked two jobs. She worked at Community Care for 23 years and at Saint Francis for 12 years in the past and currently worked for the VA for 3 years.

Jean was one of 8 children and was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven by the Lord, Jesus Christ and was welcomed by her father, mother, oldest sister, 3 brothers, and her oldest son, James.

Jean leaves behind her 4 grandchildren and siblings Mary Bryant, Pansy Wallace, and Felicia Lewis as Christ accepts her at the early age of 63.

A Public Viewing will be held on August 18, 2023, from 5-8pm at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held the following day, Saturday, August 19, at 10am at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel.
