Obituary

Pamela Denise Hamilton-Joiner was born to Alberta and James Earl Hamilton on December 30, 1967 in Rockledge, Florida. Pam attended Central High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 1989, Pam married Willie Marshall, Sr., and from that union came Willie, Jr., DaQuan and Daniesha Marshall. In the year 2000 Pam married Thomas Joiner, Jr., and from that union Dion was born. Pam worked in the health care field until she became ill. She began taking classes in 2015 to obtain her degree in business. Pam loved to have family and friends present. Celebrating holidays, birthdays, special occasions, going on road-trips and having family dinners were among her favorite pastimes. Pamela’s grandchildren lit up her life and gave her so much joy. Pam was a forgiving woman but was never afraid to give her opinion and say what was on her mind. Pam’s door was always open to anyone who was in need. There is not a person who she came in contact with whose heart she didn’t touch. Pam is preceded in death by her father James Earl Hamilton. Pam is survived by her husband Thomas Joiner, Jr.,; children: Willie Marshall, Jr., DaQuan Marshall, Daniesha Marshall and Deon Marshall; grandchildren: DaQuan Jr., Diamond and Ny’Onni; mother: Alberta Hamilton; sisters: Molly Robinson, Valerie Hamilton, Betty (Jeff) Barnes, Mary (Willie) Maxey along with a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends.
