Obituary
Patricia Ann Foster Tobey, 71, passed away peacefully December 4, 2015 in Chouteau, Oklahoma. She was born in Lewisville, Arkansas on February 23, 1944 to William Thomas and Margaret Naomi (Ward) Foster. Patricia is survived by her loving husband Kenneth; son, Kenneth Darrell Tobey and his wife, Charlotte; grandchildren, Jeffrey and his wife, Angelica, Shannon, Isaac and Abigail; great-grandchildren, Cadence, Alex, Nathan and Gracie; three brothers, Weldon, Wallace and James Foster; one sister, Letha Anderson. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Mary Lou McDonald and her beloved son, Jeffrey Dewayne Tobey. Visitation will be held at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm, Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the Broken Arrow Church of Christ.Please sign the guestbook on this page.
