PAULK, Patsy, 84, died on December 30,2009, in Tulsa, OK. She was born on November 19, 1925, in Commerce, OK to Charles Edward and Lillie Mae (Edwards) Niece. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a sister: Lorene Luttrell; nephew: Tom Conrad; nieces: Rita Donnelly and Charlotte Rose.
