Percy Wade Chenoweth, 80, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on November 3, 2017. Mr. Chenoweth was born April 4, 1937 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wade was Owner/Operator of his own Truck, leased to Self, OTR with North American, JB Hunt Trucking, Many Safety Awards with both companies, Many Miles, (all 48 state’s), Many Memories. 17yrs. Wade became a Father (first time) at 43, Daughter Jennifer Lynn Chenoweth, then again at 49, Daughter Candice Wade Chenoweth. Dad to Son Avery J. Cruz & Anthony S. Cruz. Wade Graduated with 2 Associates Degree’s from Lufkin Jr. College, Texas. Wade Graduated with his Master’s Degree from Stephen F. Austin University, Nacgodoches, Tx. Both while in his 60’s. Wade also did Auto Part’s (Had his own store) (he was a true grease monkey, loved working on trucks. 15Yrs. He is preceded in death by his Father: Percy Hudson Chenoweth & Mother: Ruby Poole Chenoweth; Sister: Jean Chenoweth Powell; Sister: Edith Chenoweth Joseph; Brother: Edward F. Chenoweth; Brother: Fredrick (Freddie) Chenoweth; Brother/Best Friend 40+yrs Jake Jacobs. Survivors include his Wife Debbie Chenoweth (39yrs). His Daughter Jennifer Lynn Chenoweth Henderson & Son-in-Law Ron Henderson & Granddaughter Jazmine Wade Chenoweth & Granddaughter Cheverlea Dianne Chenoweth. His Daughter Candice Wade Chenoweth Wagoner & Grandson Chayse M. Wade Wagoner & Grandson Braxtyn Parker Danne. Son Avery J. Cruz & Cheyanne Smith & Grandson Triston M. Anthony Cruz & Grandson Urijah D. Cruz & Granddaughter Illianna E. Cruz. Son Anthony S. Cruz & Dee Cruz & Grandson Lil Avery Cruz & Granddaughter Taylor S, with mom Natalie M. Cruz Kreager-Schmidt. Grandson Nathaniel C. Lynch & Granddaughter Ashley M. Lynch & Granddaughter Destiny M. Cruz & Granddaughter Cheyanne M. Cruz. Natalie M. Kreager-Schmidt & Randy Kreager-Schmidt. Grandson Nathaniel C.
