Obituary

Phylisa Grace Palmer began her race on November 26th, 1969 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Daniel and Velma Palmer.  She dedicated her life to the Lord at early age. 

Phylisa attended Tulsa Public Schools which included; John Burroughs Elementary, Carver Middle School and  Booker T. Washington High School. After graduation, she got accepted and attended Texas College in Tyler, Texas.  

Lisa worked for the City of Tulsa as a Meter Reader and the Post Office where she retired.  She loved to cook, entertain and host gatherings often at her home so she could be around friends and family. Her expressions where just invaluable.  She was out going, fearless and loved hard. 

Lisa race may have ended early to us but it with Gods timing,  Her ever lasting love for her children will always remain.

Phylisa was proceeded in death by her father Daniel A Palmer, and mother Velma P. Palmer, her sisters; Diane Edwards and Valerie Cazencave, uncle Samuel Palmer and an aunt from whom she was so lovely named after; Grace Holderness.

She is survived by her children Aaliyah, Tariq and Indiya Palmer all of Tulsa; one sister Linda Love (Charles) of Tulsa, Ok, one brother Daniel Palmer Jr (Zee Zee) of Tulsa, OK; , Uncle Aaron Palmer of Minneapolis, MN; aunts Phyllis Thomas of Riverside, CA, Alvertta (Samuel) Palmer of Tulsa, OK, Juande Ross-McGee of Tulsa Of Tulsa,

Lisa leaves bountiful memories to be cherished by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Ms. Palmer will be held on Thursday, March 4, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 5, 12:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104.
