  1. Dear loved ones of Randy's: I knew Randy from Asbury Methodist Church, where we both attended youth group and choir activities. I was a year ahead of him in school. I was attracted by Randy's beautiful blue eyes, nice smile, and dry sense of humor. (His playing the guitar didn't hurt!) We both went on a ski trip during Christmas vacation (my junior year), and got to know each other better then. We ended up dating until I went to college–almost 2 years. Randy was very special to me, and we kept in touch for awhile during college. I got married at age 23 to an awesome man who just happens to share Randy's birthday–10/5. I always hoped that he was healthy & happy too, no matter where he was. I feel so sad that I will not ever be able to see his smile again and catch up on the wonderful things he must have been doing with his life. My thoughts & prayers are with his family and close friends.
