Obituary

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Reather Mae Dever. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will take place at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home from 2pm-5pm on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Services will be held at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home Chapel at 11am on Friday, November 8, 2024.

Interment will follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Skiatook, Oklahoma.

  1. Miss D was a force to be reckoned with, a measure for what was right or wrong, a friend who had my back and a lady and professional at all times. Her passion for red probably outpaced mine for purple. Our first meeting was when she “interviewed me” for the Director position at Frost CAP. From that point on, we made a strong team for those children, families and staff at Frost. She was my strongest cheerleader, my early morning collaborator and ultimately my friend. Miss D was, truly, one of a kind.
    May her family find comfort in those precious stories about her. I can hear her laughing right along. Rest in blessed peace, Lady in Red.
