Obituary

Richard Terrell Ewing passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He was 60 years old. Rick was born on July 19, 1962, in Phoenix, Arizona to Marie and Terrell Goodwyn.

Rick was raised by Betty (Truelove) Ewing and Richard P. Ewing.

In 1984 he married Marie Mallon and they had three children. In 2004 he married Jamie Thompson; they had one child.

Rick is survived by his children, Kevin Ewing and wife Alyssa, their children Aviva and Amada, of Tacoma, Washington; Kandice Ewing; Koty Ewing and his son Ender, all of Shelton, Washington; and Chloe Ewing, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Rick is also survived by his cousins Andrew Belmontes and Yolanda Belmontes; Rick’s siblings, Alvin Goodwyn, Ann Klutts, Raymond Goodwyn, Michael Hartley, Christine Allen; and birth mother, Rose Marie Hartley.

Rick’s cremation remains were returned to his children in Washington.

He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
