Robert Leon Pittman, Jr. “Bobby” passed away August 26, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his loving family by his side. Bobby was born February 7, 1961 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert Leon and Diana Dale (Young) Pittman. He is survived by his father: Robert Leon Pittman; siblings: Tammy Pittman-Breckinridge and her husband, Bill and Linda Alford and her husband, Steve; niece and nephew: Clinton Buttrey and Jessica Fisher and her husband, Sean; great nephew: Sean Dale Fisher, Jr.; as well as a great host of other relative and friends. A graveside service will be held 11:00am, August 30, 2012 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa. Condolences may be sent through the guestbook on this page.

Bobby loved John Wayne, and this quote summed up Bobby's last two years. He was terrified of the chemo he took and the stem cell transplant. But he marched straight into it anyway. He was very brave. "Courage is being scared to death – and saddling up anyway."
