Obituary
Born June 9, 1970, in Encino California, Robert lived most of his life in Tulsa. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. degree in Arts and Letters. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, the youngest person ever to achieve this degree in Oklahoma. He became a dedicated Catholic, with many friends in his church. Robert was passionate about biking, music and gardening. He was an avid reader of esoteric literature. Robert is survived by his mother, Carolyn Jackson Boatman, his father, Billy Merle Boatman, his aunts, Margaret Jackson and Martha Woodbury, and cousins, Erica Ferrer and Jamy Woodbury, as well as extended family and numerous friends. A viewing will be held Sunday afternoon, May 3, from 3-7pm, with family greeting friends from 5-7pm, at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK. Memorial mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Cathedral, Tuesday May 5 at 10am, 122 W. 8th St., Tulsa, OK.
