Although we didn’t see each other much in recent years, I am thankful we stayed in contact thru our many phone conversations. I will miss you. Much love your sister, Pat

My deepest sympathy for Bob’s family. I’m truly sorry for your loss.

Bob was the finest kind. I loved working with him, discussing life with him, and getting instructions from him on what to do with myself! There was never a dull moment with Bob. He is deeply loved and truly missed.

Bob will be missed. Every day he would come into the office area with the ladies at breaktime and visit. He chatted about his children and grandchildren, his travels and adventures. In the Summer when his roses were in bloom, he would bring us beautiful yellow roses from his patio garden, at Valentines Day he would deliver each of us a single Red Rose, occasionally he would gift us with a bag of premium chocolates and tell us to hide it because it was just for us. Bob was such a kind man, yet he would NEVER want that gruff exterior exposed. I’d get a look from him for telling anyone all of this!
One of the things I admired about Bob was his passion and work ethic. We would grumble together about current events that we didn’t agree with. I miss him every day. We always had good laugh.
There is a dry erase board in our office, and he would write words of “wisdom” aka sarcasm and inside jokes on occasion. We won’t erase the last ones. The last one said, “It is what it is until it isn’t.” Bob Murphy, you left us too quickly.
Deepest, sincere condolences to your precious family.
