Obituary

Roberta Grace (Tidings) Bradley, age 93 years, died July 3, 2013 in Jenks, OK at Grace Living Center with some of her family with her. The oldest of four, born November 10, 1919 in Wichita, KS to Robert Clark and Anna Grace Tidings. Roberta graduated from Ponca City High School in 1938. She married Clarence G. “Brad” Bradley on September 2, 1938 in Ponca City, OK. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Gerald L. Tidings, sister, Phyllis Lowen and beloved husband, Brad on July 6, 1991 after 52 years of marriage. Survivors include: daughters, Clare “Dene or Dee” Cosper (Stan) of Tulsa and Carol Anderson (Garry) of AZ. Grandsons: James Bradley Powers, Danny Wayne Bilby and Robert Clark Powers. Great grandchildren: Cassie and CJ Powers of Skiatook. Sister, Betty Horn, close cousin, Helen Carroll, nephews: Joe Horn, Clint Horn, Wes Horn, Steve Lowen and Jerry Tidings. Nieces: Patricia Lowen Perkheiser, Karen Bradley Gardiner, Susan Tidings, Anna Tidings and numerous family members. And the daughter of her heart Linda Corwin (Chuck) of Tulsa. She celebrated 25 years with Dun & Bradstreet in 1983 and retired in 1985. She was a long time member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Tulsa. She entered Grace Living Center in January 2013 and made friends with both residents and staff. The family wants to thank all the nurses and staff working in C hall.
