Obituary

Rudolph Lawrence Gordon, born April 2,1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James Gordon and Izora Grimes. Rudolph graduated from McClain High School in 1969. He attended OSU in Stillwater, Oklahoma after high school that is where he met and married Glenda Hill, Which produced the twins Michelle and Rochelle Gordon.

 

Rudolph was always an entrepreneur his first business was Gordon’s Mantique. That is where he met his current wife, Gwendolyn Price, she attended Langston University. They produced his only son Justin D. Gordon. Rudolph left Oklahoma in 1977 not to return for 25 years. His experience in International Freight Forwarding allowed him to travel abroad. He returned home to care for his mother. He was employed at Panalpina for 12 years. Rudolph has a passion for sports and basketball.

 

He loved talking about basketball with Justin. Rudolph was preceded in death by  his James Gordon, father, Kenneth Williams brother James Gordon brother, Stepfather Floyd Williams. He leaves to mourn his mother Izora Williams, Wife Gwendolyn Gordon, twin daughter Michelle, and Rochelle Gordon, son Justin Gordon. Lloyd Williams brother. Seven grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren also included, are a host of cousins and friends.
