Mrs. Ruth Olive Noel, 92, of Broken Arrow, OK passed away on October 24, 2020. Mrs. Noel was born on October 11, 1928 in Brooklyn, Arkansas to Lawrence and Gertrude Staggs.
Visitation for Mrs. Noel will be held on Friday, November 6, from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 10:00 a.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel followed by interment at Floral Haven Cemetery.
