Mrs. Shirley Jean McCarter of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on July 15, 2021. Mrs. McCarter was born on March 18, 1937 in Pitcher, Oklahoma to Lloyd and Ruth Nowlin.
A memorial service for Mrs. McCarter will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 3:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
