Sidney Carnell Spencer, 77, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on January 19, 2021. Mr. Spencer was born on March 9, 1943 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Sidney and Lorene Spencer.

Visitation for Mr. Spencer will be held on Thursday, January 28, 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 29, 12:00 p.m. at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel followed by interment at Rolling Oaks Memorial Gardens.
