Tracy Dawn Newby, 52, passed peacefully July 19, 2019 after fighting courageous battle. She was born in Tulsa on July 29, 1966 to William Newby and Carolyn (Royalty) Harrell.
Tracy is survived by her beloved son, Justin Scott; mother, Carolyn Harrell; sister, Shelley Aldrich and aunt, Beverly Royalty.
She is preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
