Vivian Ann Westbrook, 62, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on July 16, 2019. Vivian was born August 3, 1956 to James and Mable Bailey in Matador, Texas.
Visitation for Ms. Westbrook will be held Wednesday, July 24, from 4-8 pm. Services will be held Thursday, July 25, at 2 pm. Visitation and Service will be held at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home Chapel, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
