Vola Lorene McMillian passed away from this life on April 25, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Vola was born to Erastus and Harriet (Simpson) Guy. During her marriage Vola was a homemaker. Vola loved being outside, fishing, camping and riding horses. When Vola was in her 70’s, she went for a 7 hour ride on a mule named Hillary.Vola is preceded in death by her husband, parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.Survivors include her children: Linda Doyal of Broken Arrow, Lloyd Hall of Bristow, Charles Rogers of Coweta and Lenora Harris of Broken Arrow; grandchildren: Teresa, Denny, Angela, Dusti, Jerri, John and Shannon; great grandchildren: Steven, Sevren, Kaitlyn, Gaven, Will and Jax; sister: Izora Hunter; sister-in-law: Bonnie Guy and a host of extended family and close friends.Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Christian Gavlik Funeral Home 222 West Broadway, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday at Christian Gavlik Funeral Home.
