Obituary

Wanda J. Bedingfield, age 94 of Tulsa, OK, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Wanda
was born on Thursday, March 20, 1930 to Lee H Coon and Nanna Downing-Coon in Carternine, OK. She graduated from Shidler High School in 1947. Wanda is survived by her son Tony Bedingfield; her grandchildren Amber Bedingfield, Aleesha Ojeda, Andrea Bedingfield-Gutierrez and Payton Bedingfield; & great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, first born son Glen Bedingfield Jr., and her siblings. Wanda worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for over 38 years. After Retirement, she worked at St. Francis South in a part time position for over 15 years. She was a wonderful friend, present and caring sibling, a patient wife, a reliable mother and an amazing Grandmother. Her celebration of life will begin with a viewing at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home on Thursday December 12, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
