Obituary
Mr. Wendell Phillip Scoggins, 92, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on January 2, 2021. Mr. Scoggins was born on August 20, 1928 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Hugh and Gertrude Scoggins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 14, 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 15, 12:00 p.m. at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, seating is limited to 50 persons. We encourage those who are not family but would like to attend the service, to join the live streamed broadcast. Instructions on how to access the live stream can be found below.
