Obituary

Wilbert Lee Antwine, the son of Hezzie and Violet Antwine, fondly known by his family as “Bro”, was born March 15th, 1937 and departed this earthly home on Wednesday December 28th, 2016. He was one of eight children. His early education started in Nuyaka Oklahoma and continued while in Fresno California.  He worked in the field of construction, while starting his own lawn service later in life, until his health began to fail. Wilbert married Dottie Anderson on September 5th, 1981. He enjoyed cooking, riding horses, and gardening.

Wilbert leaves to cherish his memory; a wife Dottie Anderson-Antwine; siblings-Earlene Gaines, Albert Antwine, and Hezzie Antwine Jr.; daughters Beverly Forman and Ashley Greer; step-children-Wynetta Littles, Charlie Phipps III and Marcus Anderson; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Hezzie Antwine Sr. and Violet Antwine; sisters- Shirley Jean Dowell and Linda Jean Goff and brothers- Arvin Antwine and Jewel Antwine.
