WILLIS, William Warfield, 79, died on February 9, 2010, in Tulsa, OK. He was born in Louisville, KY, on December 16, 1931, to William Willis and Gertie Murdock. He worked as a musician. He is survived by his significant other, Billye R. Cazenave; son, William Willis; daughter, Deborah Larkin and husband, Garthel; adopted daughter, Leticia C. Cazenave-Brown; cousin, Ella Leslie. He is also survived by grandchildren, Jaeda and husband, Cheyenne; Jesse; Elise; Mitchell; and great-granddaughter, Amerie. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and sister, Helen Willis. Viewing will be at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 E. Third St., Tulsa, OK, on Sunday, February 14, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, February 15, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home. In recent years Bill had several opportunities to pass his musical knowledge to his grandson Mitchell while on tour in Western NY. I'm eternally gratefull as his son-in-law for him assisting my son, who obviously gets his musical talent (Double Bass, Guitar, Harmonica, Piano, Drums, Dulcimer) from his grandfather. He'll certainly be missed by his daughter/ my wife Deborah(53) and his other three grand-children (Elise, Jesse, Jaeda) and great-grand daughter (Amerie).
